Returns and Exchanges

Its most important to us that you will feel satisfied with your purchase, but if you are unsatisfied we will do our best to change it.

We accept returns and exchanges.                                               

just contact us within: 14 days of delivery. 

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery.

Cancellation of transaction at the top of the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2010 and Consumer Protection Law, 1981. 

Without derogating from the above, we can’t offer you a refund because of customs legal issues or personalized orders but please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we promise to do our best to make you satisfied. 

In case the item arrived damaged or defective, we will accept returns.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import/export taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs issues or due to shipment company's delay. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: ORD DIAMONDS ,3 Jabotinsky st, Ramat - Gan, Israel .You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Every item will be checked after being returned by a gemological laboratory in order to verify its authentication. Laboratory cost's will be paid by the buyer.  Any customs cost will be charge under buyers account.
